Sajjad Hossain Soykot is a B.Sc. (Engg.) in ICT undergraduate and tech enthusiast interested in full-stack development, UI/UX design, digital systems, and technology-driven organizational transformation.

For the USS Web Portal, he is working as the Lead Developer and Digital Transformation Coordinator. His role includes planning the website structure, designing the public interface, organizing institutional content, preparing reusable components, and supporting future digital systems such as notices, documents, gallery, reports, and admin-based updates.

He has also been involved in graphic design since 2019 and has experience creating digital content, visual layouts, branding materials, and presentation-focused designs. His combined technical and creative background helps him design digital platforms that are both functional and visually organized.

Alongside development work, he is actively involved in leadership, research, and organizational activities. He is serving as the Chairperson of the IEEE Islamic University Student Branch and as an Executive Coordinator of the IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter.

He has also actively trained hundreds of students and officers in computer fundamentals, office productivity, and practical digital skills. He has strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint training, with experience in helping learners improve their documentation, spreadsheet, presentation, and professional office application skills.

The USS Web Portal is being developed as a structured digital platform to improve organizational visibility, communication, information management, and future digital transformation support.

The developer has an academic background in B.Sc. Engineering in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from Islamic University, Bangladesh, along with practical experience in programming, full-stack web application development, UI/UX design, modern frontend technologies, and digital information systems.

The main purpose of this development work is to present USS in a clean, official, donor-friendly, and accessible way. The website will help visitors find information about the organization, history, committees, projects, programs, offices, notices, gallery, and publications.

The platform is also prepared with future expansion in mind, so features like admin-based notice updates, document uploads, gallery management, news and events, and digital reporting can be added later.
