Unnayan Sahayak Sangstha (USS) has always worked with a strong commitment to the socio-economic development of underprivileged people. Our journey is guided by the belief that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and support to improve their life. Through education, health, livelihood, women empowerment, disaster response, and community development activities, USS continues to stand beside disadvantaged communities. I sincerely thank our members, staff, partners, donors, and well-wishers for their continued cooperation and trust.

Since its establishment, USS has been working to organize disadvantaged communities, create awareness, develop skills, and support sustainable livelihood opportunities. The strength of USS lies in its people-centered approach and its connection with grassroots communities. We believe that development becomes meaningful when people are organized, empowered, and able to participate in their own progress.
